Hi, I'm Loissa!

I've been working with international clients since 2014, which means I've spent over a decade writing things, fixing things, figuring things out, and occasionally wondering why a supposedly simple task needs ten browser tabs.

But hey, that's remote work for you.

My love affair with writing started when I was eleven and drawing manga, dreaming of becoming the Philippines' very own Yuu Watase. I had the imagination, the pencil...

Life, of course, had other plans.

After graduating from university in 2009, I started in customer service in the Philippines, then moved to China, where I taught English and worked in the BPO industry. Since then, I’ve worked in several countries across different continents, collecting experiences, stories, and probably a few too many souvenirs along the way.

Somewhere between all those adventures, I discovered that I enjoyed more than just writing. I liked understanding how businesses worked, why customers behaved the way they did, and how seemingly chaotic processes could be made a little less chaotic.

So, over the years, my work expanded into digital marketing, e-commerce, customer support, and virtual operations.

Today, I can go from writing website copy and SEO articles to managing customer inquiries, organizing CRM pipelines, and figuring out why a workflow isn't working the way it should.

What I bring to the table is a mix of creativity, curiosity, and a healthy suspicion that there's probably a better way to do something.

I like words that sound like actual humans wrote them. I like systems that make life easier instead of giving everyone another reason to sigh dramatically at their laptop. And I like helping businesses grow without losing the personality that made people care about them in the first place.

Lately, I've also been exploring AI and workflow automation. I'm fascinated by the idea of letting technology handle the repetitive stuff so we humans can spend more time doing the things that actually require a human brain. I'm still learning, experimenting, and occasionally breaking things in the name of progress.

Outside work, I'm a mom of two, an aspiring novelist, and a lifelong student of pretty much everything. I still have that childhood dream of writing stories worth reading. Growing up, it turns out, doesn’t uninstall the dreams you had at eleven.

I'm not here to pretend I know everything. I don't. But I'm curious, resourceful, willing to ask questions, and pretty good at figuring things out. Give me a problem, a little context, a huge tray of sushi, and we'll probably get somewhere.

If you're a business owner who needs someone to help with the words, the workflows, or the wonderfully messy things in between, we might get along.
